This Official US Military Foliage Green Poncho is made with 1.6 ounce polyurethane coated rip-stop nylon to withstand numerous foul weather conditions. The Wet Weather Poncho is made to take super tough field treatment – specifically designed to cope with the harshest elements in the world. The body (91.5″ X 65.5″) provides the ultimate in foul weather protection and numerous other applications: hasty shelter, body bag, cistern, floor covering, and sleeping bag cover. The poncho comes with an attached hood that is heat tape sealed to ensure 100% waterproof integrity. This Poncho comes with 16 snaps, our patented snap used on a United States Marine Corp tarp, and 8 heavy duty grommets to easily and quickly adapt to protect from unfavorable weather. EXCELLENT QUALITY PONCHO. GREAT SIZE AND GROMMETS ARE LARGE AND STRONG. THE PROBLEM ARE THE SNAPS. INCREDIBLY HARD TO SNAP SHUT WITH ONE HAND. AND I MEAN HARD! I'M NOT WEAK. I HAVE NEVER SEEN PLASTIC SNAPS LIKE THIS. IF YOUR HANDS ARE COLD, FORGET IT OR JUST LEAVE THEM SNAPPED AND HOPE YOU DON'T HAVE TO UNSNAP THEM.

This is the best poncho I have ever bought. I have three and plan on purchasing more. Perfect blend of durability vs weight. Great for emergency shelter as well and if you have two they can connect to make a larger shelter. Outstanding construction. Best on the market and at a sub $50 price point it’s a no brainer. Don’t buy one, buy two. You won’t regret it!
This poncho is an excellent example of a mil spec poncho. Very well made with the required properties. Should hold up well under heavy use.
